Smart & Cook has appointed two deputy managing directors.
Marshall Sugden and Neil Thornton will take responsibility for revenue generation and business operations, respectively.
Sugden and Thornton will work closely with the broker's managing director, Paul Meehan, while Ken Popplewell takes on a new role as group commercial director with a particular focus on personnel management, insurer relations and reward systems.
