IT service provider Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) is launching VisualOffice today, a new broking system for the London Market.
The launch, which took place at the London Underwriting Centre, was attended by more than 30 London Market broking organisations.
The director of CSC's Broking Solutions Group, Steve Stiles, said: "The pace of change in the London and international insurance markets is leaving many current systems unable to cope. The need to handle business at lower cost while adhering to market processes and delivering high quality, error-free, customer service is prompting many London Market brokers to reassess their technology needs.
"VisualOffice has been designed using the latest programming techniques to provide brokers with a platform for their business that can effectively respond to the dynamics of the market.
"Furthermore, the users of VisualOffice will form a community which will help determine the system's future direction and ensure that it keeps pace with their needs."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
