’Expanding our offering on Acturis to cover our let property products is another important step in making it easier for brokers to access the specialist protection their clients need,’ says managing director
Alps has launched its entire let property add-on suite on the Acturis trading platform.

With direct access via Acturis, brokers can now instantly access a range of add-on propositions designed to help landlords safeguard their properties and income.
This includes legal expenses, excess protection, home emergency, rent guarantee and pet damage protection.
Michelle O’Reilly, managing director at Alps, said: “Expanding our offering on Acturis to cover our let property products is another important step in making it easier for brokers to access the specialist protection their clients need.
“Our suite covers key risk areas across the letting journey – from legal disputes and unexpected emergencies to loss of rent and pet-related damage – while giving brokers the flexibility and simplicity they expect from Alps.”

Simon De Ferry, chief insurance products officer at Acturis, said: “We’re pleased to support Alps in expanding their let property offering on Acturis.
”Giving brokers access to a broader range of specialist products through a single digital trading platform makes it easier to identify and place the right cover for their clients.
”The expansion of Alps’ offering is a great example of how strong insurer and MGA partnerships can continue to enhance the choice and efficiency available to Acturis users.”
