In her new role, Katherine Goldsmith will bolster the firm’s ability to deliver commercially impactful, data-led propositions.
Meanwhile, Angelica Solutions said Matt Goldsmith’s technical background as an ISTQB professional ”will further strengthen the company’s ability to deliver scalable, future-ready products”.
Sarah Vaughan, founder and director at Angelica Solutions, said: “Earlier this year we marked six years in business and are proud of our growth, bringing in brilliant people who care about quality as much as we do.
”Matt and Katherine Goldsmith fit our ethos perfectly as highly capable, easy to collaborate with individuals who are focused on what matters. Their addition strengthens our hybrid model, combining a core in-house team with a trusted network of consultants.
”This gives us the flexibility to build bespoke teams around each client brief, whether it’s risk pricing, regulatory audits, claims analytics, team design, or interim leadership across personal and commercial lines.”
