Bridgehaven and IWG join up to launch insurance-backed guarantee for Iknowa

Bridgehaven Specialty UK and MGA International Warranty Group (IWG) have announced a strategic partnership to provide a new contingent insurance product covering faulty workmanship in heat pump installations.

In this partnership, IWG has been appointed to underwrite an Insurance-backed guarentee (IBG) policy to Iknowa, the property and building services platform, for installations undertaken by Iknowa-trained engineers in the domestic renewable energy sector for an initial period of three years.
