Adler Fairways has expanded its leadership team by appointing Oliver James and Rachael George as branch directors.
In their new roles, James will lead the broker’s Bristol office, while George will oversee its Birmingham base.
Both will focus on enhancing client service and supporting business development.
Adler Fairways said: “We are delighted to welcome James and George as our new branch directors in Bristol and Birmingham.
“Their extensive experience and sector knowledge will play a key role in continuing to provide exceptional client service across the UK.”
Experience
James, who brings 14 years of experience in insurance and financial services to the role, joins from Consumer Intelligence, where he was most recently a key account director.

Before this, he worked at Brunel Group, where he held multiple senior roles. This includes business development director and associate director.
Meanwhile, George previously spent 25 years at NFU Mutual, working across the commercial, agricultural and high net worth insurance sectors.
Most recently, she worked at Gallagher as the commercial director for UK retail.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
