’This move to our new headquarters demonstrates our confidence in the future and provides a fantastic base from which to continue growing our business,’ says chief executive

Clear Group has relocated its London headquarters to new offices at 24 Monument Street, bringing its London-based workforce together in a single location as the broker continues to invest in its growth strategy.

The move ends a more than decade-long presence at Great Tower Street and sees the group establish its headquarters in a recently refurbished office building.

According to Clear Group, the new office has been designed to support greater collaboration and knowledge sharing by housing all London colleagues on one floor. The workspace includes upgraded meeting facilities and collaborative areas intended to support employees, clients and business partners.

The relocation forms part of the group’s ongoing investment in its people, infrastructure and client service capabilities as the business continues to expand.

Mike Edgeley, chief executive at Clear Group, said: “Bringing all our colleagues together on a single floor will encourage greater collaboration, innovation and knowledge sharing, while creating a space that supports our clients, partners and employees alike.

“We’ve enjoyed over 10 successful years at Great Tower Street, but this move to our new headquarters demonstrates our confidence in the future and provides a fantastic base from which to continue growing our business.”

Sustainability features

The new headquarters has been developed with sustainability in mind and includes energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, rainwater harvesting technology and LED lighting throughout the building.

Clear Group said the office also benefits from significant natural daylight and secure cycle storage, supporting more sustainable commuting options for employees.

”The space reflects Clear Group’s commitment to creating a more environmentally responsible workplace and supports the group’s ambition to achieve its net zero target,” the firm said.

Edgeley added: “Our move to 24 Monument Street represents much more than a change of address.

”It reflects the continued growth and evolution of Clear Group and our commitment to providing an outstanding working environment for our people.”
