Insurtech Urban Jungle has partnered with Ikea to launch home insurance for the Swedish retailer’s customers across the UK.

Marking Ikea’s first collaboration with an insurance provider, the new partnership will offer insurance powered by Urban Jungle’s digital-first technology.
Customers will be able to choose from a range of home insurance products and tailor them depending on their needs.

We are proud to be the first insurance provider to collaborate with Ikea in the UK, offering insurance that truly puts the customer first.”
What does it cover?
Customers will be offered three policy types, including contents insurance. This will cover up to £120,000 of contents encompassing renters, flat shares and students.

Buildings insurance, meanwhile, will provide £1m cover as standard, while a combined buildings and contents insurance policy is also available.
