’We’re continually investing in both our technology and our product proposition to ensure advisers have access to the best possible solutions for their clients,’ says director

Ageas UK has agreed a new home insurance deal with Source Insurance.

The move will see the insurer join Source’s panel, expanding access to its home insurance products for advisers supporting homebuyers.

Ageas said the move is a ”complementary extension of its distribution strategy to meet the home insurance needs of customers at significant points in their financial and property journeys”.

Jonathan Pinkerton, finance and insurer relationship director at Source, said: “We’re continually investing in both our technology and our product proposition to ensure advisers have access to the best possible solutions for their clients.

“Ageas brings great underwriting expertise, market presence and commitment to customer outcomes and we’re looking forward to working with them.”

Further support

Other deals Ageas has struck recently include a new embedded insurance partnership with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) insurtech Wrisk, as well as supporting the new embedded motor insurance proposition launched by electric car manufacturer BYD.

Speaking about the latest deal, Claire Green, director of distribution at Ageas, said:“We’re really pleased to be partnering with Source as they continue to expand their home insurance panel. Its clear focus on adviser relationships, straightforward processes and delivering consistently strong customer outcomes strongly aligns with our own approach.

“At Ageas, we’re committed to combining underwriting expertise with dependable service to support advisers in placing business with confidence. By working alongside Source, we’re able to extend that support even further, helping advisers access flexible, high quality solutions for a wide range of household risks.

”We’re looking forward to building a strong relationship together and supporting Source in delivering smooth, customer-focused insurance solutions.”
