1. Why did you put yourselves forward for the Excellence in Claims Technology category?
We entered this category – Excellence in Claims Technology – after a year of exceptional client success using our claims proposition to transform their claims management experience.

The FintechOS team has worked hand in hand with tier one insurers in the UK to achieve foundational improvements to operational efficiency and claims processing, enabled by the FintechOS claims proposition.
It is built from the ground up to integrate AI and machine learning in every process, a key criteria for this category, enabling insurers to build a competitive advantage as the insurance sector enters a period of significant change.
2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?
The combination of a truly innovative product operations platform with impressive case studies. For example, the FintechOS claims proposition enabled a tier one insurer to enter a new vertical, processing its first policies and claims within months, not years.
Relying on low-code tools and AI-powered automation, the insurer rapidly scaled the number of claims it could process from zero to 200,000.
Overall, the strong real-world impact of the FintechOS claims proposition and its market-leading AI capabilities make this entry stand out.
3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?
Winning this award would be a boost for the team, recognising the hard work behind building a leading claims proposition and inspiring further progress.
The insurance industry is entering a period of change and FintechOS is launching a new platform to enable insurers to own this technology shift - FintechOS 8. Recognition would reinforce FintechOS’ commitment to innovation, building the industry’s first unified AI product operations platform and improving insurers’ operational efficiency and customer experience during claims processing.
