1. Why did you put yourselves forward for the Customer Champion of the Year – Broker category?
We entered because delivering exceptional service is at the heart of Fuzzy Insurance.

Our business was built to give small and medium-sized businesses a more personal, transparent and supportive experience, where they feel a business partner for all of their business insurance requirements.
The Customer Champion category perfectly reflects our mission to make insurance more human and to show that service excellence and empathy can thrive together.
2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?
Our firm stands out because we genuinely live our values.
Every process, from quote to claim, is designed around customer feedback and simplicity. We’re a small broker competing with the biggest names, yet our clients stay with us because they feel known, not numbered.
Being shortlisted alongside major firms shows that purpose-driven, B Corp-certified brokers can lead the way in customer experience.
3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?
Winning would mean a great deal to our whole team.
It would be another independent affirmation, alongside our customer reviews and B Corp certification that we’re delivering on our vision of delivering insurance in the best possible way.
Recognition from our industry reinforces that putting people first really does make the biggest impact.
