Eight firms are competing to win the Excellence in AI – Service Provider category 

Ahead of 2026’s Insurance Times Awards, scheduled to be held on 2 December at Grosvenor House, London, Insurance Times can reveal that eight firms have been shortlisted for the Excellence in AI – Service Provider award.

This category sought to recognise service providers that have implemented the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in their business to either enhance their internal operations and efficiency, improve customer journeys and outcomes, or both.

Judges will be looking for a careful and considered implementation of AI that has been introduced in line with set targets and goals to have a positive impact on the business itself and customers.

On the night of the Insurance Times Awards 2026, guests will be welcomed with a champagne reception and a three-course dinner.
