Seven firms are competing for the Innovation of the Year – Service Provider category

Ahead of 2026’s Insurance Times Awards, scheduled to be held on 2 December at Grosvenor House, London, Insurance Times can reveal that seven firms have been shortlisted for the Innovation of the Year – Service Provider award.

This category is open to service providers operating in the UK general insurance market and is designed to recognise those projects or developments that have demonstrably delivered real change – in strategy, service delivery or operations.

On the night of the Insurance Times Awards 2026, guests will be welcomed with a champagne reception and three-course dinner.
