MGA appoints new senior underwriter for medical malpractice

Specialty MGA has appointed Nick Conway as a senior underwriter for medical malpractice.

Based in the London office, Conway will evaluate and manage risk for policies across the global medical portfolio, including hospitals and clinics, medical practitioners, non-surgical and allied health.

He brings over 25 years experience working in underwriting, with complementary experience in broking. Firms he has worked for include Marsh, Themis Group and most recently BMS Global Healthcare. 

Manoj Kumar, chairman at MNK Group, which owns Specialty MGA, said: “He brings with him extensive underwriting experience, complemented by his years spent in broking, meaning he has a significant network to draw upon in providing innovative and tailored solutions for our clients.
