A new insurance broker offering commercial and personal lines products has been launched.
Called Renata Group, the firm is based in Bournemouth and acts as an appointed representative of Momentum Broker Solutions.
Products for buildings, motor, home, travel, lifestyle cover and more will be available via the broker’s online quote comparison service, supported by Momentum Solutions.
Gary Boome, who launched the broker and will serve as director, said: “Renata was created to bring simplicity and confidence to our customers.
“We’re blending traditional service values with modern business practises, to ensure our clients get the protection they need but without the complexity the industry has become renowned for.”
Experience
Boome has over two decades of industry experience, with him most recently having overseen the growth BM Property Insurance Services.

Before this, he served as an account handler at Deacon Insurance.
Speaking about the launch of his new firm, Boome said: “Our mission is simple. Provide honest advice, via personal communication for dependable cover and genuine service.
“Building trusted partnerships with all our clients is what we’re about. Insurance should give people peace of mind, not paperwork headaches.”
His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
