David Cramp, Rob White and Rowanne Dicker have joined the Acrisure UK Retail leadership team as chief revenue officer, chief risk and compliance officer and head of UK retail markets and placement respectively. All three report to Mark McIlquham, UK chief executive at Acrisure.
The appointments followed what the firm described as a “year of significant growth” as it unified its broker acquisitions under the Acrisure brand and expanded its market footprint.
McIlquham said that the new appointments would strengthen Acrisure’s leadership as it focused on long-term growth.
“Cramp, White and Dicker each bring valuable expertise and leadership to Acrisure,” he said.
“Their appointments further strengthen our senior team as we continue to drive the business forward, supporting our people, partners and clients for the long-term.”
Experience
Cramp, who has more than 20 years of experience helping clients navigate risk and access capacity, will lead the firm’s UK retail growth strategy.

He said Acrisure’s collaborative approach with insurers, MGAs and partners would be central to its next phase of development.
“I’m delighted to be joining Acrisure at such a pivotal stage of its UK journey,” Cramp said.
“What sets the business apart is the way it works with insurers, MGAs and partners to broaden access and improve client experience.”
Meanwhile, White brings experience from previous senior risk and compliance roles at global insurers, brokers and financial services firms such as Axa UK, Howden and Deloitte.
He said: “It’s a great time to be joining Acrisure as it continues its ambitious growth and further establishes its presence in the UK market.”
Finally, Dicker brings experience in building insurer relationships and placement capabilities, having previously worked across both global and independent broking networks such as Marsh and Partners&.
“I’m excited to be joining Acrisure as it expands and deepens its market relationships,” she said.
