Allianz UK has appointed Vicky Yuill as the new distribution director at Allianz Personal Broker.

Yuill will start her new role in December 2025, reporting to Graham Wright, interim managing director at the broker business.
She will report to Glyn Hughes when he takes up the role of managing director in February 2026.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry and joins from Sainsbury’s Bank, where she was head of insurance and led the team responsible for car, home, pet, life and travel insurance.
Yuill previously worked at Ageas and Kwik Fit Insurance Services, where she was responsible for the management and development of insurer relationships in home and motor insurance markets.

Other moves
This comes after Allianz UK shuffled its executive leadership team, with chief financial officer (CFO) Ulf Lange moving into a new position as managing director for personal lines as of 1 December this year.

Lange’s move into the role follows the departure of Serge Raffard, who is moving into another role for Allianz as general manager with responsibility for achieving the insurer’s growth ambitions in India.
Yuill is the latest senior hire at Allianz Personal Broker, with the announcement of her appointment coming after Hughes’ in September 2025.
She said: ”I’m delighted to be joining Allianz as distribution director.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
