‘He brings valuable expertise and extensive international relationships across the management liability sector,’ says chief executive
Specialist Lloyd’s broker New Dawn Risk has appointed George Brooke as a senior broker in its management liability and financial institutions team.

Brooke joins the London-based broker from Price Forbes, where he served as a director in the management liability team.
He previously spent three years at Marsh JLT Specialty as an assistant vice president for financial and professional lines (Finpro).
In his new role, he will report to Jack Keilty, head of management liability and financial institutions at New Dawn Risk, who joined the business in March 2025.
New Dawn Risk chief executive Max Carter said that Brooke’s background would be instrumental in developing the portfolio further and that he brought “a strong track record of building and expanding successful books of business”, alongside international client relationships across the US, Australia, Asia, Latin America and Europe.
He added that this experience would be important “as we further our market-leading capabilities and first-class offering in this area”.
’Real differentiator’
Brooke said he was drawn to the firm’s specialist positioning in the Lloyd’s market, noting that its client-first approach was a differentiator.

He said: “I am excited to join New Dawn Risk’s management liability and financial institutions team.
”Its specialist, client-first approach is a real differentiator and I look forward to contributing to the continued success of the business as a proudly independent Lloyd’s broker.”
Brooke’s appointment followed the addition of Anthony Kerr as senior client manager and claims advocate. New Dawn Risk said the latest hire continued the buildout of its professional and financial lines proposition.
