‘We remain focused on supporting the insurance sector with market-leading solutions, while building the capabilities that will underpin our future growth,’ says chief executive
Insurtech Percayso Inform has announced that managing director Richard Tomlinson has stepped aside, after seven years leading the firm.
Percayso said Tomlinson had played a “pivotal role in guiding the company through significant expansion”.
Former LexisNexis and Insurance Initiatives managing director Keith Binley has been appointed as the new group chief executive.
Percayso said the changes come as it “prepares for its next phase of group-wide growth”.
The new appointee will be responsible for the leadership of both Percayso Inform and Percayso Vehicle Intelligence (PVI), a vehicle market data service acquired and launched under Tomlinson’s stewardship in 2023.
New leadership
The firm said Binley had demonstrated leadership of organisations through “periods of significant growth, with particular expertise in strategy, operational execution and scaling innovation”, and that he will be responsible for “leading strategy, execution and overall growth across the group”.

Keith Binley, new group chief executive at Percayso, said: “I am excited to lead Percayso into its next growth phase. The foundations we have built across insurance and automotive sectors give us a unique platform to deliver further innovation and value to our clients and partners.
“We remain focused on supporting the insurance sector with market-leading solutions, while building the capabilities that will underpin our future growth.”
Simon James, executive chairman at Percayso, added: “Tomlinson has made an outstanding contribution to Percayso over many years and we thank him sincerely.
“This leadership evolution positions Percayso for scale, combining group-wide direction from Binley with strong operational leadership in each business.”
