Fifth year in a row topping reader poll of best car insurers
Auto Express’s Driver Power survey of 23,000 readers has named NFU Mutual Britain's best car insurance provider for the fifth year running.
The independent survey asked readers to rate car insurers for communication, helpfulness, value for money and overall service. NFU Mutual received top marks in all four categories.

In addition to rating service elements of the insurer, readers were asked whether they would buy another policy from their existing insurance provider - 96% of NFU Mutual's customers said they would.
