NIG has appointed Peter Lycholat as head of operations North.
Lycholat will have overall responsibility for NIG's Glasgow, Ashington, Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds regions.
He joins NIG from management consultancy Accenture. Prior to that he was senior manager corporate partnerships at HBOS GI and held various operational management roles within Norwich Union.
