Norwich Union (NU), the UK's biggest motor insurer, has chosen Audatex to be its sole supplier of vehicle damage estimating systems.
Audaworkstation has been NU's approved estimating system for the past four years. NU plans to have its entire network live on the system by the end of January next year.
NU claims director, Simon Machell said: “Audatex is able to offer excellent training facilities, helpdesk and field support, all of which complement our own back-up services.”
In August, Audatex linked up with Royal & Sunalliance to be its provider of vehicle damage estimating systems.
