One Commercial hires senior sales manager from Willis Networks

UK General-owned managing general agency (MGA) One Commercial has hired Steve Moore as regional sales manager for the Midlands and the South West region.

Moore joins One Commercial from Willis Commercial Network where he was business development manager covering Central and Southern UK.

Moore has also worked for NIG and Avon Insurance across the Midlands.

In his new role Moore will report to One Commercial strategy and distribution director Chris Woollam.

Woollam said: “Steve is a familiar face for many brokers and will continue to build and develop One Commercial’s trading relationships with the region’s independent brokers. We are committed to becoming the UK champion for the independent broking sector.”

Commenting on his appointment Moored added: “I am delighted to be joining One Commercial and I am relishing the opportunity to create productive trading relationships with our existing broker partners in the Midlands and South West, as well as seeking out new opportunities to enhance our independent broker base.”
