Online broker 1st Quote has launched a service that allows consumers to speak directly to a 1st Quote operator using their PC.
By clicking on a help button on the company's site, users will be directed to one of 1st Quote's call centre staff.
The service means users can view the website and talk to an operator at the same time rather than having to disconnect the internet connection to make the phone call.
