Primary Insurance has launched Continental Motoring which offers a comprehensive roadside repair and recovery service in 11 European countries.
Legal expenses cover up to £25,000 is provided by Eastgate Assistance.
Full cover includes replacement vehicle or additional travel expenses cover up to £1,000, allowing the insured to continue an overseas trip should the vehicle become unroadworthy within seven days before his departure date.
Other features are unlimited repatriation cover for drivers involved in an accident and the cost of replacement parts.
It also includes tent cover, funds to meet customs duties or bail bonds, and travel expenses incurred while attending an overseas court hearing.
