Primary Group is to expand its offices in the UK, as well as Hong Kong and Dubai.
Key changes include transferring customer care to a contact centre in Altrincham, near Manchester, and localising policy issuing and claims in the Hong Kong and Dubai offices.
All functions currently carried out in the Horsham office will be relocated. The group's personal lines business – both direct to the public and through intermediaries and affinity groups – will be moved to Altrincham.
Primary Group is seeking to redeploy employees working at the Horsham office where possible.
Other changes include the establishment of a new unit in the London office, which will identify, negotiate and integrate planned acquisitions.
The group will also set up a specialist supplier management unit in the London office to manage a series of outsourced companies providing claims, assistance and medical screening services.
