The Purple Partnership has appointed Alec Finch as non executive chairman from 1st July.
Finch founded the Alec Finch group, is a fellow of The Chartered Insurance Institute and a member of Biba’s board.
Purple managing director Les Brewin said: “Alec continues to be a very active and influential figure in the industry and will bring great experience and stature to Purple. Having celebrated our third anniversary in January and signing our landmark 50th member in February, Alec joining our team is a great hat-trick for us as we move Purple strongly forward."
Finch said: “I’m delighted to be joining Purple. It’s a quality business with an offering that I believe is a first class proposition in the network sector, and I’m looking forward to working with Les and the team to support what they’ve already built and help develop the business further.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
