Questgates completes Teceris integration

Loss adjuster Questgates has completed its acquisition of the liability division of Teceris from the Capita Group, previously announced in February.

Questgates said the transfer and integration of the Birmingham based claims handling unit into the existing Questgates team has now taken place.

The clients who are transferring to and will now be managed by Questgates include high street retailers, C&J Clark and House of Fraser, and one of the world’s leading hotel groups, InterContinental Hotels.
