Loss adjuster moves to larger premises
Specialist loss adjuster QuestGates has announced the relocation of its Bolton service centre to larger new premises.
QuestGates has 12 regional offices including its Birmingham head office but Bolton is the company’s primary service centre for its motor, property and building claim validation teams.
QuestGates director Greg Laker said: “QuestGates continues to experience growing demand across all areas but this is especially true of our motor, property and building claim validation divisions. As a result, we’ve outgrown our existing premises.”
He continued: “To ensure that we can maintain the level of service our clients have come to expect, we believe that it is vital that we maintain our record for high staff retention and as part of this, that our teams all have a good working environment. I’m delighted that we have been able to secure new premises that not only accommodate our existing requirements but give us room to continue to expand as our business grows.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
