IT director Richard Beal leaves RBS
RBS Insurance is without a director of IT following the abrupt departure of Richard Beal.
A company statement received on April 30 said: "We can confirm that Richard Beal, IT director of RBS Insurance, will be leaving the company at the end of the month.
"During his time with us, Richard has been responsible for heading up an IT function which has played a critical part in supporting the continuous growth of our business, enabling Direct Line to become the UK's largest and most profitable motor insurer. We're extremely grateful for all of his efforts on behalf of the company and wish him well for the future."
RBS Insurance reported that arrangements were in hand for an interim replacement until a permanent replacement could be found.
