Kiln has announced that its non-executive director Reg Brown is retiring.
Nick Cosh, chairman of Kiln, said: “Some months ago Reg indicated his wish to retire from the board of Kiln at an appropriate stage.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Reg for his
contribution over the years. His expertise in Lloyd's and underwriting affairs, as well as his general experience, has been most valuable."
Brown's decision has immediate effect.
