Disgusting. I passed my driving test at 17 after 8 weeks tuition and my motorcyle test at 21 after 3 days tuition.
I have never been involved in an accident despite driving over 25,000 miles per year from ages 19 to 25.
Perhaps Nick Starling should resit his driving test and we revoke his licence if he fails? Albeit I'm now over 25, I would march through London in protest of this - shocking breach of civil liberty.
