Well I have just read the mail above. It is not just the motor insurance, I have done research this week due to the fact my home/contents are due.It had doubled, nothing had changed at all. Online I found such a vast difference to when you phoned, one insurance quoted on line £149 yet when I phoned to ask a question it changed to £595!. also the online sites they vary the questions, I am being told here we are at risk for flooding.Not so at all we have not been flooded for over 30 yrs.How can one insurer insure you with one broker,yet with another they wont? same firms,same questions, one will quote a decent price,yet another a high price.......I dont understand it all
