I can say by personal experience Direct line advertising is false and misleading. They do not help people get back to normal lives 'quickly' after their houses have been damaged. I am living proof. Their advertising is false and a lie. I wish I knew who to contact I would like to actually confront their new MD face to face and let him hear about how I live day by day, now month by month in a hell hole of a house after a flood which happened in June this year.
