Specialist motor trade insurer, Road Runner, has introduced a 24-hour, 365-days-a-year customer claims administration service.

The London-based motor trade schemes distributor will be offering the service to its direct customers. It will also give brokers' customers the same service if they do not offer it already.

Road Runner's new service will offer a claims line with an electronic capture claim form, a free uninsured loss recovery scheme, credit repair, credit hire and a free car replacement scheme.

Kevin Gill, operations manager, said: "Claims management is the most important aspect of insurance for most customers and is seen as our promise to pay when the customer needs help."


The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
