Law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain has launched an interactive insurance reporting system which is intended to reduce paperwork and speed up the reporting process of claims.
Caseman allows insurers lawyers at Reynolds Porter Chamberlain to post reports to clients on a secure website.
Access to the site is through a portal controlled by the law firm which issues a password to authorised users.
Each time a new report is posted onto the electronic system, the relevant authorised users are informed by an email which contains an internet hyperlink to the report. Once read, the user electronically scratches the report by writing their comments and sends the scratch back to the author. Reports can be read anywhere.
Caseman can also help in preparation of internal management reports.
