Let this be a warning to door-to-door salesmen. An Accident Group salesman has become the subject of a compensation lawsuit himself, after allegedly injuring the son of a would-be client.

Salesman Jay Sims, visited the Stanbury family in Long Eaton, Derbyshire and decided to ingratiate himself with the family by joining in a game of street football with their six-year-old son, Yohan.

However, Sims new sales pitch went awry after he allegedly fell on Yohan causing the young lad to suffer injuries to his head and face.

The family has now instructed a different no-win, no-fee firm to sue Sims and The Accident Group. The group plans to fight the claim.
