Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its double-'A'-minus long-term counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings on Cornhill Insurance. The ratings will
nevertheless remain on CreditWatch with negative implications, where they were placed on Aug. 1, 2002, along with the ratings on core subsidiaries of parent company Allianz.
