SBJ Group has purchased a commercial insurance broker based in the south west.
Linakers has offices in Bristol and Plymouth, and specialises in insurance for owners of tenanted domestic properties, residential flat management companies and sports and leisure.
George Boden, SBJ's chief executive, commented: “SBJ has grown strongly through acquisition and recruitment in each of its main business streams. The acquisition of Linakers marks our first move in the UK corporate risks sector. We will continue to expand the group by acquiring companies and businesses which share our vision of providing first class advisory, negotiation and administration services to clients.”
