Searchlight Solutions, insurance training specialist, has appointed Gill Rideout as relationship and development manager.
Rideout will cover the UK from the Midlands and North, helping to support the company's continuing expansion, Searchlight said.
Prior to joining Searchlight she was business development executive with brokersure.co.uk.
Searchlight managing director Ian Jerrum said he was confident Rideout "will play a key role in the continuing growth and development of our business".
