Deal expected to be done by the end of 2012
Independent broker Stackhouse Poland Ltd has reached an agreement to acquire LFC Insurance Brokers Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
All of LFC’s staff will move to Stackhouse Poland once the transaction in finalised.
Essex-based LFC was formed by Jerry Clayton in 1988.
The deal is subject to regulatory approval and contract.
Stackhouse Poland declined to make any further comment.
