Acquisition includes LFC arm Shield Underwriting
Stackhouse Poland has bought LFC Insurance Brokers and divisions including Shield Underwriting.
LFC specialises in commercial, property, professional and high net worth business. The firm has £27m gross written premium (GWP) and has offices in South Woodham Ferrers and Eastbourne.
LFC managing director Jerry Clayton said: “It was important that we found a successor firm with a similar cultural service ethic that would look after our clients with the same level of personal service and advice that they have enjoyed in the past. Stackhouse Poland has a fantastic reputation for high service standards and so it is a perfect fit for the business moving forward.”
