Tifco, the premium finance provider, has become the first in its sector to qualify for the prestigious Investors in People award.
The award is given to companies that train and support their staff effectively as well as involve personnel at all levels.
Tifco's managing director, Ian Jerrum, commented: "Investors in People is an increasingly widely-recognised indicator of business professionalism. A number of our key brokers have already qualified, and a growing proportion see it as an important attribute of the companies they do business with.
