Tl Dallas (City) conquered some tough competitors to triumph in the Jamies Wine Bar Group charity conker competition.
The London brokers represented their profession against other city professionals to raise money for the Lady Taverners at the New Jamies Pavillion Bar in Finsbury Circus.
TL Dallas (City) joint managing director and winning team captain Robin Kirkland said the team looked forward to defending its title next year.
"After the distinct lack of practice undertaken by our team before the event, it was a pleasant surprise to have come first," Kirkland said.
"A great time was had by all the contestants and, more importantly, a worthwhile donation was made to a serious charitable organisation."
