Mike Eve, the former chief executive of Aon Risk Services, is among the backers of a new head-hunting agency called Torus Search.
He said: “Torus Search is part of a wider family of businesses that we are building to address the human-capital needs of corporations.
“We are in discussion with other consultancies that specialise in aspects of the human-capital arena, such as interim management, outplacement, leadership development, change management and e-learning to create a group that can maximise the market value of our clients.”
He is joined by two other senior executives from the insurance and reinsurance world. Peter Le Beau has worked with Swiss Re and is now an independent consultant. David Reynolds has been a senior manager with Combined Insurance Company and is currently undertaking consultancy projects for major internationals.
