Vega Insurance Services has made its fourth acquisition in two years, the company said it has taken over Jobson James, its largest to date.
Birmingham-based Jobson James specialises in corporate risk assessment and insurance solutions. The broker has annual premium income of £16m, turnover of £2.4m.
Vega said Jobson James would bring its gross premium income to £40m.
