London Markets director steps down

Neil Ventris has left Cunningham Lindsey UK by mutual consent according to a company statement.

Ventris, the London Markets director was hired to develop the company’s UK growth in the London Markets sector.

No new hire has been announced; instead director client development will head up Cunningham Lindsey’s UK client activities in London alongside chief executive Rupert Travis and executive director Cunningham Lindsey International Ben Price.

In September Cunningham Lindsey announced UK chairman Gerry Loughney would retire on 30 November this year after 43 years with the business.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
