Former Hewlett Packard VP to head global insurance services business

Ken Lever

Xchanging has confirmed the appointment of Adrian Guttridge as executive director of insurance services.

Guttridge will report directly to group chief executive Ken Lever (pictured) and will assume responsibility for the growth of Xchanging’s global insurance services business.

He joins from Hewlett Packard (HP), where he was vice president of business process outsourcing, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

His appointment follows the departure of Jane Tutoki in May 2012.

Lever said: “At Xchanging Adrian will be focused on the global growth of our insurance services business as well as building on the strong position we are privileged to hold in the London and Lloyd’s markets. We warmly welcome someone of Adrian’s calibre to Xchanging and, on behalf of the executive board.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
