Zurich Construction has teamed up with Kerry London to launch a demolition and asbestos scheme for demolition contractors.
The employers' and public liability policy will cover incidental exposure to licensed asbestos removal.
Zurich head of construction and engineering Carl Gebhard said the construction industry had made significant improvements to health and safety standards.
"We have developed a proposition that will not only reward superior performance but provide greater rating stability to customers in the long term by linking performance to premiums," Gebhard said.
It would also offer a construction claims proposition built around customer service and rehabilitation.
He said: "This approach will help contain costs which will benefit policyholders."
