Zurich has launched a new road awareness programme for its fleet policyholders.

The modular programme, created in conjunction with Drive & Survive, begins with an online assessment of driver attitudes, mindset and driving environment, rated against where, when and how often they drive.

The initial assessment costs £5 per driver and businesses then receive a report, which identifies gaps in driver awareness and recommends a combination of suitable training modules from the wider programme.

Ron Munro, motor manager for Zurich's corporate and government division said: "Employers need to take control of managing driver safety by assessing their drivers' awareness and acting on the information. We are urging employers to look at developing a fleet safety culture."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
